Cant sleep ... waaaa ! It sucks to much. But that is ok I guess. As long as it doesnt become a habit because I am an insomniac and have had nights when i did not sleep for days. And it is NOT pleasent.
I want to go to the gym today. I dont know how that is going to go down cause of my lack of sleep tonight. But I will try and make it work. maybe work out as lightly as I can...more so than my usual light work outs.
any hoo...I am going to go back into bed and at least rest. maybe I will doze off
